Did a quick Google search -- apparently the standard Asian market version doesn't come with a tech specs card (reference). Also, the picture of the tech specs card shows 2 main differences from the one you've made.
1) "Vehicle Mode" picture replaced with show of face/chest revealing Matrix
2) No numbers in any stats -- all replaced with "-"... which makes sense. Seems kinda odd that the stats should be stamped with "Indeterminable" when there are determined numbers in the background.
Anyway, helps that answers the mystery of the missing tech specs card.
