    Received TF Prime commander class Ultra Magnus and DOTM Wheeljack/Que yesterday... and also bought TF Animated Almanac vol.1 (I already have vol2 and think I prefer that one of the two)

    If you bought it online, I'd recommend contacting that online store and get them to sort it out for you. I contacted TakaraTOMY directly cos I got mine directly from Japan. TakTOM won't service a toy that's not purchased in their market; but online stores ought to be able to either give you a product exchange or source the parts for you. Or worse case scenario, get a refund and wait for the local cheaper Hasbro version.
