So why have the drop down menu for countries??? Maybe they put that in first, then later realised that they'd be hit for cost of international shipping and put that rule in later? (if so... I wonder if they can still legally uphold it). :/

I could've sworn i read a different set of rules. Anyhoo, they must've realised, hey, this thing will cost us a fortune to ship internationally.
