I've heard so many horror stories about them they've been removed as a place I even look at now.

I've ordered Transformer products off them multiple times. So far majority of it has been perfect. Except one time the product never arrived, needless to say they refunded the money extremely quickly after I put in a claim.

I don't buy from them often but $35 for something that would retail for $50 here. The box was a bit dented other than that figure was in good condition.
