can't you still make a claim through ebay itself not paypal

i had to do that a few years back when i got got screwed on a lcd monitor

it took forever but i got most of my money back minus shipping & $25 processing fee

if the guy was local i'd be willing to help ya out with a personal visit from myself however if i plan on heading down 'the gong' anytime soon i'll shoot you a pm
