I still have the wave 2 deluxe case in my POL. Decided to inquire about the new pricing and got this email back:
Thank you for contacting us regarding our most recent sale of the Generation Series 02 case. After reviewing your order I noticed that the item(s) in reference were purchase beyond our 7 day sale price matching time frame. Unfortunately due to the length of time that has exceeded our 7 day policy, we are no longer able to provide you with a full sale price refund difference at this time, but I have gone ahead and issue a $20.00 partial refund as a courtesy to you. The reasoning for this discount is due to a high percentage of upcoming assortments from Hasbro containing these same figures.
boom! wasn't expecting the partial refund but woo! may the floodgates open. Just don't mention this post so they don't close the gates :P
