    ...Hauler's an Autobot.

There are only two G1 Decepticons whose name begin with "Ha" - Half-Track & Hammer. Both are rear end Micromaster combiners. Half-Track is a decent enough name, but I don't think the toy is worth tributing (even if I really like it myself).

A Victory pair of Robot Heroes would be awesome. Surely Victory Sabre will come up against Dezsarus... even Liokaiser seems a little unlikely to be (and there isn't really anyone else who would naturally oppose him).

    Victory Saber Vs Deathsaurus.

Deathsaurus is the only Victory character that Hasbro ever trademarked the name of (back for BotCon 2005), I believe. Plus it would be appropriate.

But... the scale is gonna suck major... Looks like I may have to use Energon Galvatron as the leader as this ragtag bunch. The worst part is Galvatron is the smallest. At least in G1, Galvatron was still the tallest of the bunch...
They said they would also do toys for other generations of TF for the 25th, so it might also be RID Scourge, which Ultra class would be appropriate for.

Look at it this way: Hasbro already admitted with the higher ups pushing Universe as a Movie style realistic vehicle line, they had to 'sneak in' the G2 and Beast Wars designs. I would think that G1 Scourge, especially at Ultra class, would be something that wouldn't get past whatever approval process they have.

Ah, yes, that makes sense now.

Hrm... it would seem strange given that they've called all the Scourge/Prime repaints Nemesis Prime since. I guess we'll have to wait and see.

They could always redesign G1 Scourge, but while Cyclonus gets away with being a fighter jet, G1 Galvatron's laser howitzer mode is thematically similar to tank, I'm not sure what a flying space boat could be turned into that's both realistic yet retains the feel of G1 Scourge's vehicle mode... of a space boat.

I dunno, space shuttle? Rocket? Hovercraft?

How about re-designing Titanium Scourge into a better figure?
