None of the primes appeal to you? Or you are not a G1 collector?

I never said none of the Primes appeal to me, it's just he's not my favorite.

You're judging a toy that you haven't played with yet? Only one way to remedy this situation -- go have a jolly good play!
    My Hotrod is Hasbro.

I've had Soundwave walking around the kitchen for a bit. We had a couple of hours together for a photoshoot Just not as a tape player

MP-13 Soundwave is very good, and MP-8 Grimlock has a shiny gold chest (plus, he transforms into a freakin' T-Rex!).

But, if I had to show one figure to someone else to sum up why I like to collect transformers, it would have to be MP-10 Optimus. An iconic leader, great looking in both modes, and excellent posability (especially once I fixed his loose ankles). The trailer and extras are just gravy.
