HK Reissue of MP-10 Convoy with Bonus Figure Stand

His eyes look dead in that photo. Is that normal or just the lighting

My first thought was that it was just lighting but then I noticed his top-of-cab headlights are unpainted so hopefully this is just photos of a test-run.

Don't mind the marketing and the Hasbro stamp on the stand, it's the TakaraTomy version's colours. The light blue eyes, painted cab lights and blue Roller are the Hasbro colour scheme. Among other paint differences, the blue used on his body and eyes, unpainted cab lights and silver Roller are TakarTomy's colours Basically, it's the original TT MP10 with a bonus stand.

Yeah but a lot of the 84/85 characters can be made from retooling existing moulds or they have retool potential to let TakTOM milk more money out of the mould.

Sunstreaker would be tricky as there's no obvious repaint/retool potential, unless they make him the white police car from Diaclone and give him a new identity. It'd work as an LE (like Tiger Track).

You forgot MP-11 Starscream ---> Thundercraker ---> Skywarp. I'm sure Takara would love to do TC and SW in the new mold to sell a few extra toys to us Seeker fans.
