Wow! Looks great although I believe this would retail for $200 from the amount of parts, entire family set of minifigs and the license "tax".
I want it though! Definite must buy.

I'm thinking more like the haunted house.... $269 Aussie retail, but that's my base without extra license cost....
Unless they manage a larger expected audience, therefor lower the price expecting more sales unlike "niche" lines like monster fighters and starwars

I'm thinking a lego shop exclusive may be how they end up selling this to Australia, much like the Tower of Orthanc. Similar piece count, but more minifigs in the Simpsons set.

I have spoken to the buyer of lego for my work and he said that lego have decided it will not be exclusive in Australia and will be at all majors that stock lego
