Which ranges are you looking at? For instance
Classics figures? They're all available. The Rainmakers Sunstorm, Hotlink and Bitstream however are BotCon exclusives.
G1 & Reissues? Starscream, Thundercracker, Skywarp, Dirge, Thrust, Ramjet & Sunstorm.
Masterpiece? Starscream, Skywarp, Thundercracker, Sunstorm & Acid Storm.
There's also a thread here

I'm not going to comment on prices, but just letting you know this...
+ Sunstorm is the only Rainmaker officially done in the G1 mould (and was reissued)
+ Acid Storm, Sunstorm, Bit Stream and Hotlink are the only Rainmakers to have been officially made in the Classics mould.
+ There's no such thing as Smallest Transformers Rainmakers. If you see any, they're fake.
+ Only Sunstorm and Acid Storm have been/will be released as Masterpieces.
Be aware that there are fake Rainmakers floating around, so I just wanted to give you this information to let you know which ones are legit. Best of luck.

While it seems unlikely that any other Rainmaker will be given the MP treatment, that can't be stated as an absolute. After all, nobody expected Acid Storm.
As for the WSTF's - there's a wide range available, but many aren't official product. So many of them aren't fake as such, as they aren't the same characters and colour-scheme releases as the official ones (although some are). The others are known as 'third party' a curious phenomenon which can be very divisive, and is a complicated issue that's not really relevant to your needs.
Suffice to say, the only official WSTF Seekers released were Starscream, Thundercracker, Skywarp, and Thrust.
Skywarp and Thundercracker were 'chase' figures, and can command rather outrageous prices.
The Classics Rainmakers were a limited set only available at Botcon this year. They were only available together in a 3 pack, limited to 2500 sets. I don't know what their current going rate is, but I paid $175US from BBTS just after the con.
Acid Storm had a retail release in the Universe line, and shouldn't be too hard to get, although he's a popular figure.
If you're after the regular six Seekers from the Classics mold there were recent Asian exclusive sets which are on clearance at many online retailers, and are REALLY nice. They're in two 3-packs: Starscream, Skywarp, and Thundercracker in one set, and Thrust, Dirge, and Ramjet in the other. They have much nicer paint than the regular releases, and are priced at a bit of a premium, which is then somewhat absorbed by clearance pricing where available. Expect to pay $90-120 per set US, before shipping.
Those Asia-exclusive sets would be my preference. But have a look through all the different versions produced, and see what appeals to you most.
