TFSource Pre Order
Anyone know how to resolve a pre order issue with TFSource. Over on TFNZ I run pre orders for items that don't see release in New Zealand.
I needed 10 sets of the Wave 1 IDW Deluxes and after looking at the costs I decided to go with TFSource for 4 sets (2 cases) due to a considerable cost saving.
I paid in advance and waited.
I got the item in stock email mid month, and saw SHIPPED on my order. Going to grab the tracking number the order had changed to NOT SHIPPED. So I contacted them asking what was going on.
Today I emailed again letting them know how disappointed I was with the non communication and politely asked for a refund. I have also posted on Facebook in order to push to get a reply.
Anyone else been in a similar situation?
(Meanwhile BBTS shipped two orders containing 4 sets + 2 sets and a Metroplex to me)
