    All we need now is 3rd party posable hands and knee joints to improve Fort Max's articulation and match the updated head.

    Can the head turn while on G1 Fortress Maximus's neck? (I would have thought that would be the main reason for an 'upgrade'.)

    You would think it would turn. But nope. The towers on each side of his head stopped that.

    I personally find no appeal for the 'replacement' G1 head. If the robot mode didn't turn out as good (and that is with a questionable tank mode), I would have skipped this due to so much engineering going to the G1 head mode (and nearly did).

    I guess it can work for the bound to be more numerous G1 Fort Max bodies without heads.
