Why are there two severed fingers from a smurf?

That's part of the art from what I think is a comics that comes with TakTom Generations Magnificus.... either it's a comics or just an art poster. I think the art work is a bounty hunter's (apelike) hand ripping off Magnificus' wanted poster.

The fingers belong to a bounty hunter who attacks Magnificus on Mebion. He's looks like a big gorilla w/ tech armour, but turns out to be a Pretender, w/ the inner robot resembling BW Megatron (ironic considering that the shell resembles Optimus Primal ). He's a nameless mook, but a pretty cool nameless mook! I want a toy of it!
