Yeah, this photo has been circulating around for a while.
Between this and pics of TARDIS cupboards my friends are tempted to try this. I keep telling them I'd help but none of them have put much more thought into it.
Any figure that comes with swords demands wrist articulation.
I didn't realize the Titan class was that big!
That's pretty cool![]()
That would be the display shelf for Autobots only, then a Trypticon one for the Decepticons- of course only G1 figures that is... you'd need more for the other series as those would have plenty of kibbles.

Look like hardware bits stuck/screwed on and painted. For example, the grille on his chest looks like a vent cover seen on older houses.

i think they're just "stickers". there doesn't seem to be any grooves or detailing on one of the opened doors. I think having a gun turrets would definitely enhance the display.
you'd need a larger Metroplex (drool)... it would warrant more shelves on his chest and legs. but hey... he's made of squares and boxes so i think that might be viable.
As for Tripticon... hrmmm a shelf that looks like a lizard!
here's an idea...i whipped up before lunch.
wow - let us know if you get involved in building one. Sounds interesting.
Dark boxy shelves are never really the best display spaces (I should know I have like 24 of them) but this is an awesome idea nonetheless!
