Of the top of my head I can't recall if the UK release differed much from the Japanese one...

Things that tells me that this toy is a Knock Off:
1/ It's called "Alpha Base Robot" (in both Korean and English). No Transformers logos or official artwork anywhere.
2/ "Power Rangers" looking dudes above the Alpha Base Robot logo.
3/ Weird UFO-space-battle-station thing behind the robot art.
4/ Colours are wrong.
5/ Manufactured by "Academy" - afaik the company that is officially licensed to distribute Transformers in Korea is Sonokong.
6/ Giga and Mega appear to be absent.
7/ It has Star Sabre's head! In blue! (O_o)
8/ It comes with a pack of cigarettes!

...I would report this seller asap.

afaik the Hasbro and Takara versions of Overlord are, toywise, identical.

I clicked on the link and only saw the tray of toy parts. Those other things that Goktimus mentions are pretty good clues!

Is there a Microman or Diaclone version of Overlord, if not it's a fake I would think.
