Finally I got solution for this. If anyone found this problem, follow these steps.

1) Press Windows key and type 'Control Panel'

2) In search, type 'Calibrate' and select 'Calibrate the screen for pen or touch input' under 'Tablet PC Settings'

3) Select 'Reset' under Display options and select 'yes'.
