Looks like they kept bouncing my order until they found a "nearest" store which still had stock of Soundwave - Erina in NSW. Which is halfway between Sydney and Newcastle.

It'll be interesting to see where other people who had delayed deliveries ended up getting theirs shipped from.
(at least it didn't cost me any extra in postage to have it couriered by Fastway all the way from Sydney, as I was only charged $11 when placing the order)

Did you get yours Griffin? If you did it is more than likely that my 2 hitched a ride with yours.

Hey guys just abit worried since i preordered SW around the time it came up on the site and it's status is still 'Order Received'. Just wondering if anyone in VIC who preordered has gotten a dispatch notice?

I got my despatch notice on Tuesday but no delivery yet.

No dispatch notice via CC (I can't even see the money has left) and it just arrived. Placed the order yesterday morning from North Ryde (NSW).

BTW: It's from Bankstown store too and now I got the dispatch email after his arriving for 2 hours.

I've heard of people getting theirs without a dispatch notice. However I was worried myself so I chose to go in store to grab one instead. I than proceeded to cancel my online order. Your best bet is to call head office, or the number that is on your tax invoice. Good luck man I hope it works out.

Thanks dude! Yeah i've tried calling the closest TRU at highpoint but they seem to be running late on the stock. Called customer service, they weren't sure if i would get it and told me i could grab a refund or wait a more days.

I've got the delivery with damaged box!!!!
Goods is from warehouse in Liverpool, NSW.
Dispatched yesterday. Looks like they sent it first and emailed me the day after.

Just got home from work and it was sitting on the coffee table. My wife messaged me a couple of hours ago to say they have arrived. I ordered two (one for me and my brother) and they came packaged in it's cardboard shipping box. The actual figure boxes are flawless. Made my coffee and about to dig in.
I got my dispatch e-mail last night and it came from Erina NSW TRU.

Got mine this afternoon in a big cardboard box. Soundwave box is flawless.

Seems to depend who's packing your order and which store determines how nice your box shows up!
