I have never bought any 3rd party transformers aside from a few add ons, my first transformer as a child was an original g1 slag which I passed down to my son, I pre ordered this before they even had colour proto shots and optibotimus' s review has me sold.

It really retains all the 'G1ness' of the 85 version. I'm looking forward to this appearing in the post

Gotta pay, it's looking pretty nice. If/when they get around to putting out a Sludge (the only Dinobot I don't have a working toy of, and the biggest one to boot) I might bite on that.

Dalianjj has stated on TFW that the design for Sludge is giving them some grief. I think it's safe to say he'll be last.

Darn. I'd like them to do the original three (being Slag and Sludge to go with MP-08) so we can at least recreate some SOS Dinobots stuff until the last 2 are out. Then full on WOTD action.

Meh, fine by me. This is shaping up to be an expensive enough year as is.

Not surprised to hear Sludge would be posing some challenges design-wise, he's got a bit of a tricky shape for real-world design.
I just wish HasTakTom had put out the other 4 FoC Dinobots, I would have loved an affordable FoC Snarl.
