Ordered 26th October, letter dated the 31st and the postage was dated the 11th November. Arrived after their 2-3 week estimate
Letter states they are sorry, and how hard they work to get it correct.
If I was buying, it would have cost me 10c for the part.

I never actually ordered missing parts when I was a SW Lego person a few years back (I just rebuilt that segment to fill in the gap/support the weight) but it's too bad they never had that service when I was a kid (I remember a big space set missing 4/5 pieces...)

I've had a couple of missing parts and I got them within 10 days from requesting it online. The service was surely prompt and just smile-worthy. More reasons why I buy their products.
