I did get suckered in. I can't control the impulsive side of me. I applaud your steely reserve in resisting!

Just wait when Space Police and Agents 2.0 appears at the same time (my guess).

I think I'd be just as weak as you. If not weaker.

With thanks to the Target sales I went hard and picked up:

    Power Miners

    Speed Racer

With the sales these all ended up 20% cheaper but then I added my staff card to get an additional 5%. Speed Racer sets were all on clearance so I got them all as well. Was up until 3 am this morning building everything. Now I have nothing left to get until new Agents, Pirates, Castle and Space Police come around.

Blame Hasbro. The fact that theres no new TFs on the shelves at the moment means I can spend my cash on other things. Hasbro, get your shit together!!

    QFT +1

The Power Miners ended up a lot better than I expected. While I still believe they are overpriced, the designs and especially the build were very enjoyable with this line.

I picked up the City Dozer and the two new Creator Sets today. Time to get building.

Hey guys, do you know if there's still any 'Town Plan' sets hanging around in Myers anywhere? They never got them in at Hobart or Launceston Myer (surprise surprise), but at least Myer has the nice $8.50 postage option.

Other than that, I'll have to get it through the Lego shop (for $50 more plus $40-odd postage and a 3 week wait).

I guess the smart thing to do there would be to purchase a few items at the same time to keep postage down...the freight train still needs a passenger train and station to keep it company, and probably wouldn't hurt to pick up one of those minifig packs to keep the city from looking so deserted.

I swear to god there's one cop, firefighter and Batman for every civilian. Taxes in Legoland must be astronomical.

I think that myers in town (myer center brisbane), my still have one.

And yea, you should see my mums lego town. It's cop-ville. Police everywhere.

At least with those new firemen sets I made one into a villan. You see, it comes with two axes, so I made him "the chopper", who's in disguise.

Lego needs to release a donut shop.
