Tried looking and gave up, my brother wanted a minifigure and grabbed a random one (saying that's how it should happen), even though I felt to see if I could find it :P
Needless to say other searching a few ones I found him lucky too as he's selling on eBay for twice as much and even as high as $30

Nice one! Hot Dog Guy is easy to feel for but difficult to get, especially when it isn't a fresh box of minifigures. Everyone was after him when Series 13 was first released!

At TRU @ Highpoint in Victoria, they had a special 20% discount coupon sale. It was a one day special deal.
