Picked up yet another of the new TIEs from Broadway (Abbotsford ran out), and just finished downloading the instructions to the 2007 Y-Wing that I've still got basically all the pieces from since Blue Leader only reused a few cosmetic parts - gonna make a Y-TIE Ugly (and for the TIE cockpit I'm pretty sure I've still got the track parts around somewhere so that's going to be a new-look, i.e. not blue, TIE Crawler).

Built Sesame Street with my six year old over the wet weather a week back, she can't stop playing with it and she has never been a massive Sesame Street fan. It's a very well designed play set that is very hardy, not something I can say for most "play" sets, even Ninjago and friends often have too many bits that bump off or collapse easily.
I'm not a big fan of saying "blah blah needs a CMF series" but this set shows that making Muppet/Sesame Street figures isn't too difficult and I'd love a 10 figure series with the count, Grover /super Grover, tele, Rosita and other humanoid Muppets (surely a Hooper and Maria too)... Failing that, combine it with Muppets themselves...

Forgot to mention that using the heart piece in orange with a unique print for Smiley the worm may be my favourite printed piece ever...

The other day someone on Gumtree was giving away a used copy of Lego Dimensions for nothing. Apparently she was just gonna throw it in the landfill (why?)

Surprised it works! Always wanted to try out this game. Now to look for the additional packs to go with it.
I'll update this when I'm needing help finding particular figures

So I picked up the Speed Champions Ferrari... I dunno, I'm not a car person, the red thing, from Anime at Abbotsford on the weekend, because it was cheap and I just wanted to built something and even though I don't care about cars Ferrari red things are pretty. Turned out to be a ton of fun to build, with all the clever tricks to get the shaping presumably just right (I mean I don't know if it's right or not), so I went back and got the rest of the sets there - all of last year's except the Lamborghini Uranus and Super Tropey 2-pack, have to find that somewhere, plus this year's Toyota yellow thing. So I guess I collect cars now? I just wish the stickers were cut to extend right to the edge of the parts though - I mean I know that'd make them super fiddly to put on, but I'm trying to get the ones that line up right on the edges anyway so they're super fiddly regardless (hi OCD), may as well get full coverage out of that rather than gaps. And bonus, they're all right-hand drive now.

I did get a couple of the old 6-wide cars a few years back, just to park next to Iron Man's house, but they're in the parts boxes now. Still got the Mini Cooper though, that's adorable.

Found the Harry Potter Fawkes and wizards chess set from Toyworld in Vincentia. I normally am loathe to pay full price for sets that aren't Lego store exclusives but I know I'll likely never see these sets at a retail store.

Lol. I didn’t even know there was a Toyworld in Vincentia.
