Ramjets sold on ebay in the last few months...
US$252 (auction) - bubble sealed but not the box, damaged box.
US$200 (buy it now) - sealed
under US$200 (offer accepted) - bubble sealed but not the box, worn box.
US$130 (buy it now) - bubble partially unsealed, open box. Comes with a non-sealed AFA box.

Starscream is an odd one, as my couple of searches didn't find any sealed originals that were NOT being sold as "AFA graded" (the toy is sent to a company in America that seals and rates your toys).
As such, if you wanted to spend a little time and money on your Starscream, you could look up the "toygrader" site and get your Starscream AFA graded. It isn't anything officially endorse by toy companies, but it is accepted as a qualified authority by toy collectors (essentially guaranteeing the quality and contents of the toy inside).
US$1000 (buy it now) - AFA sealed box (rub sign version, like yours - the black square on the top of the jet)
US$830 (auction) - AFA sealed box (rub sign version)
US$209 (buy it now) - not AFA, NOT sealed, toy removed from bubble, box damaged (rub sign version)
US$202 (buy it now) - not AFA, NOT sealed, toy removed from bubble, box damaged (rub sign version)

Really, that low for non-AFA? I should look on eBay for The Coneheads MISB.

I believe the "Ages 7 and up" Ramjets were the reissues that we got around 1989. As Paulbot said, the fact that it's Starscream and Ramjet here suggests that's what they are.
