They've had some issues and are reorganising, but the best way to form an opinion is going to be by building a "relationship" with them yourself. You are better off posting what is it you actually want and see if the members here can find it before you go for that resort where you be 50/50 uncertainty.
The feedback here are not for nothing so if you actually choose to ignore them, you are prepared for the worse scenario.

Drifand, all you do is talk shit about TFI.. Maybe you need to quit being the one main person posting the negative posts and just let it go. You aren't happy with TFI DON'T BUY FROM THEM... SIMPLE.
I have nothing to do with TFI but i'll stick up for a local business that has been good to me. AND NO ONE NEEDS TO BE TALKING ANYONE DOWN ON A FRIENDLY FORUM. You said your bit now it's time to stop.

as mentioned before, all items listed on their website at present moment are said to be in stock and would ship immediately.
the previous issues mentioned in the threads are from the company's previous pre-order policy, which caused a few issues, and resulted in them having to restructure.
Part of that restructure is selling off their existing stock - which is where they're at now.
I would say if it's listed as in stock, buy it from them. I have never had an issue with the company until recently - and it was all from preorders.

What is the harm in helping a member to hunt for the item which tfi has? I was offering a suggestion for someone who has uncertainty.
this business was good and now it isn't. If you are not here to help Simon maybe you should move on?

Sad to see people got burnt here and sad to see another Aussie business went down. I nearly got burnt until I told the seller that I will take action through bank. He then promptly refund me. But it take twice to get the refund back. From then on I stopped dealing with TFI. I could smell something was not right then. But at least the owner is still relatively honest. He owned up his mistake then and apologized. Unlike PC, it a totally another kettle of rotten fish.

Gee, I was wondering how this business was doing, I had issues with them back in 2015, filed a paypal dispute and he wouldn't ship unless I retracted the paypal dispute claiming it doesn't work that way, he sent me lots of nasty emails and made legal threats, accused me of lying about things they'd said on Facebook that I still have screeshots of, all because I waited and waited with no response to numerous emails and facebook posts about my order then used my paypal protections, I can't recall how long it went on for but it was weeks. I refused to retract the dispute of course and eventually got the item, but the service was just shocking and he acted like a real prick.
