    Hi Guys, anyone know the average ship out time? Bought an in stock item on Friday, got a "Preparation in Progress" notification on Sunday.

    It takes a bit of wait but you can use the chat or service ticket.

    I?ve heard bad things about their customer service but first time I use them and they went above and beyond for me. They contacted Takara directly for a replacement head sculpt and promptly shipped it out to me. Amazing service will definitely continue to use and recommend them.

    My first service ticket in a long time asking when is my soc Voltron vehicles shipping. Quite annoying as most retailers have shipped two weeks ago!

    Update: they started shipping Voltron vehicle. All good.

    Yes I'm also waiting for my Vehicle Voltron to ship. They told me they are waiting for more to arrive before mine will be shipped. I need it to ship so I can claim a discount code for another order.

    Take note, if Bandai items is a whole new different story because Bandai has zero service.
