Hovering like a Clsssics-scale, predatory bird...

.... based on a design I've seen elsewhere, it's classics Buzzsaw made from a classic Ravage. Just had to turn his head upside down, take the tail off, grind down some edges to make him double-jointed and cut his feet to make talons
Still looking for some guns that will fit him though....

The holes are 5mm compatible, so you can put G1 Buzzsaw or Laserbeak's weapons into them.
