Thats why I'm hoping if we do a get a new MP Megatron it's either cartoon accurate robot mode with compromised alt mode or a tank alt mode. I'd actually love a MP IDW Megatron with one of his tankish alt modes.

I actually prefer they make a G2 Megs version instead, G1 gun altmode just brings a whole gamut of complications. From sizing issues to gun law problems...

I do want a more solid MP 09 though, the previous one was a lot of panels pressed together held by tabs that don't lock well was just substandard IMO. Good thing I got mine for free, but I too would get one if they make a serious improvement and overhaul the whole figure... oh add to that fix that horrible hand with fingers that pops out and can't hold squat.

At a affordable cost for each though? I don't fancy spending over $300 at one shot and this is highly doubtful that it will be this price.

Who knows it may be a tru exclusive. I think we just have to wait.
