The seller, Heroic_Decepticon is also a member here at OTCA. I have no idea on the price but with the multi-colour chrome, rarity, and representation of a true TF character it is surely right at the epitome of what a Lucky Draw should stand for

That is odd, but from my recent dealing with HD, he is a busy person and can skip an email occasionally. I would wait a week or so and politely ask for a response again.
