Is it just me or is the cover with Meg's at the front and all the other bots behind very reminicent of an old Street Fighter game picture? Especially with Megs with his arms folded, Swerve doing the thumb thing and Brainstorm at the back? I'm certain they are taking off a SF poster but my mamory is vauge.

It's a homage to MTMTE #1 which is also a homage to Justice League International #1 (1987).

Ah, I was thinking, especially with Meg's crossed arms it looked like this:

It does a little, but the shared quote's the clincher

Pfft, it's obviously a homage to My Little Pony FiM #10:

No Ratchet on the front cover. Looks like First Aid has replaced him.

Looks good (cept for those dern ponies ). It looks like the art has gone back to the classic MTMTE style we all know and love (at least compared to the alternate). I find it interesting that they seem to have gone back to using the old MTMTE designs rather than the Hasbro toy designs, I wonder if that correlation between Hasbro toys and comic covers was only a phase?

Anyway looking forward to reading above average TF comics again.

Though I wonder what happened to Whirl?
