Not bad. It's an improvement over classics but I'm not sure it's a $100 improvement.
Any figure that comes with swords demands wrist articulation.
Of all the TFs they could have picked I hardly think we needed another CHUG Cyclonus.

Looks very similar to Jizaitoys' Wonderfest release.

Looks really good. If they get the colours right it'll be smashing.
Agree with Cbratron though, although it's an improvement over the $20 CHUG Cyclonus, people will be hard pressed to fork out 4x as much dough for this
Nice but I already have a Classics Clyclonus.
So do people actually still use the "third party is awesome because hey do characteres Hasbro and TT would never touch!" excuse for copyright infringment? Because, well. With this, and the Ultra Magnus amongst others... what a crock.
And it's not even the IDW version! That I could kind of understand, but Cyclonus was pretty much nailed by Hasbro/Takara, and this isn't all that different (or better looking).
In some instances, some 3rd party products are great. But KFC, not. Their quality is sub-par too.
Look at Fans Toys for instance. They had and MP Soundwave in the works for a while before Takara announced theirs. But they cut their losses with that figure and decided to do Quakewave instead. It's quite unlikely that Takara will do a Shockwave, so Quake is a good substitute. I'd still probably buy a Shockwave if they did one.
But to do a character that already has a nice official release, seems stupid to me too.
Speaking of sub-par quality of KFC products, anyone got a contact email for them?
