I've opened only Impactor so far. It feels light, but I'm not sure if that's because of the way its constructed as a gestalt component or because of the plastic itself.
Some of the tabs seem terrifyingly tight but no breakages yet.

Impactor is probably the only good feeling one of mine. Whirl broke right out of the packaging pretty much. And Roadbuster not long after. I've only transformed each one once.
