Looking at the T&C, Action Figures isn't one of the categories.
edit: Nevermind me. I'm being stupid again. Action Figures is a subcategory of Toys & Hobbies.

I'm getting this message as well, anyone know what the go is with this? Items I'm buying are from ebay seller wheekjackslab. I'm buying from the ebay Australia site.

wheekjackslab usually lists under toys; I would expect that it _would_ work. Hopefully it's not the dreaded GSP that's causing the issue (PayPal pays the courier separately from the purchase price when you buy with GSP).

Maybe speak to eBay with live chat?
