How are your Rodimus' Knees?
I got replacements printed from a guy on TFW2005.... wrong colour, but fixed the broken ones

Transformed him once in each mode and back. Then back in packaging.
Didn't have any problems but i was also being extra careful as I heard about the brittle knees on this guy.
How much did it cost for your knee replacement?

They really do look nice. The colours are great. My Rodimus knee cracked and his leg fell off. I put it back on and it holds well enough but I'll never transform him again.

For some protection (but this is no guarentee) take the thighs apart and look at the knee joint in question. Notice that the thighs are actually painted grey (true colour is blue) and the rod the teal ratchet sits over has also been painted grey.. Either sand or rub that grey off the rod (back to blue) as that thickness of paint inside the joint "helps" the teal ratchet grip more than it should. NO GUARENTEE tho ok?
