just about his interaction with actors/voice actors ... its only minor, but the title of the movie pretty much gives that away already.

Yeah, I read through that interview, there's nothing in there that I would consider to be spoiler information. Cullen discusses his feelings about working on Transformers and his feelings about what he thinks TF2 will be like but he mentions nothing about the story or plot or anything like that.
I think actors are legally bound not to reveal spoilers anyway. I had a friend who was an extra on Attack of the Clones (he was the blue Senate Guard - there's only one of them in AotC) and he was bragging about it afterwards and about how cool it was to work with Sam Jackson and what a nice guy George Lucas was etc etc., but he never gave us any kind of spoilers - nothing, and he explained that it was because there's a clause in his contract that forbids him from disclosing any spoilers before it came out. I have another friend who was an extra on Superman Returns (although his scene was cut
) and again, he spoke about how cool it was to work on the set and how hot Brandon Routh is etc etc., but said nothing that could be a spoiler (and again, explained that he was legally bound). I got told a big Beast Wars spoiler by someone once but I was sworn to secrecy over it so I told noone about it until the episode aired (the spoiler was the appearance of G1 Ravage) - cos again, that person might've got into trouble if I had told other people about it beforehand.
So yeah, I'd say that when it comes to interviews with people who've worked on the movie, it's unlikely that they'd give any real spoilers.
