Make Toys Green Giant & Quantron

Evening everyone,

I have been looking on the TFsource site and came across these two spectacular looking specimens the Custom Devistator and Quantron.

They look very impressive but come with quite a hefty price tag.
Just wondering if anyone has reviewed these items or seem them first hand to see if they are even remotely worth while getting.

Green Giant is fantastic. It is the second best combiner released (First is Feral Rex).

Quantron hasn't been released yet.

Giant is well worth it. IMO it strikes the perfect balance between G1 accuracy and articulation.

Quantron hasn't been released yet but it seems to be the same size and build quality as Giant and Intimidator (Menasor, seriously, look this set up).

Im almost tempted to ditch the G1 official variants for these unofficial ones in my holy grail list.

Cyberius, they are worth getting but yeah pretty expensive. Do make sure that if you do, get it from a reputable source that will help you if the parts that came with your set are faulty. My Quantron came with Sonic drill that has 2 right feet. I am still waiting for BBTS (where I bought it) to reply if they can help me in obtaining the left foot. My email to Maketoys got a reply pinting me to the retailer....

Anyways If you do find an affordable Green Giant go for it instead of the yellow coz of the fixes already mentioned before this reply, and also because green looks waaay better colorwise.

Yaaay, the part arrived last week (from BBTS) and I can now enjoy my Quantron without the fear of his left foot dropping when I pick him up.

Incidentally the guys at MAketoys emailed me to followup if I was able to get my part from BBTS. I guess they do care in a way . I wasn't sure though what would they do if BBTS wasn't able to give me the right part.... would they have sent me one... well I'll never know but it was kinda nice of them to follow up... makes my opinion of them less hostile than before when they just finger pointed when I sent them an email.....
