BBTS waiting times to aus?

1.5 Weeks for me. Never a postage issue. I use UPS though and I love them to bits.

Ok so it just turned up today (finally), definitely going a little bit extra cash next time, however the Armarda starscream seems to be missing the pin in it's left arm :/
Anyone know if there's anything I can do about this?

I once ordered a warehouse find Micron Legend? Megatron from them and found the batteries had leaked. BBTS shipped me another one, by it's self instead of in my next POL, by the fastest shipping option and they said I can keep the one with the leaked batteries. That is awesome customer service and why I keep using BBTS.

I ordered an MP-10 reissue 3/11 and got it 10/11 no problems at all

I'm not sure what shipping option they have done but they have sent me a replacement without charge
