CdJapan has quite an expensive shipping rate compared to others but they do take care of the package well. I've never had a problem with anything they've sent me with damaged boxes and the like.

AE has it cheaper but like you said cdjapan level of service is higher. So I went with them.
Amiami still had it open for pre order at night.
