Click on the icon that looks like magnifying glass with a + sign in it then use your mouse to reduce the duration of each frame. You can click on that magnifying glass icon several times and reduce frame durations more and more.

I made a video of Star Saber walking across my computer desk and because I hand held the camera for each frame pic it looks as shaky as a Michael Bay film but it worked!
