Its a Rolling Advertisement bot, kinda like a race car driver's jacket. Agree with burn. Maybe 3 stickies and 3 on each side.

I like it. The advertisements/sponsorship really emphasise Smokescreens gambling nature. He's gotta pay his debts somehow. Only thing that would have been nice to see would have been a '38' on the doors instead of a '7'.

It looks a bit meh. The paint is a bit streaky and uneven like it's pooling in some places and thin on the high spots.
I agree that G1-esque would have been better.
