    I won't be watching this for a while (maybe after December 25 ) but on the back of the Aussie version of the 3D Bluray it says "3D includes shots expanded to fit the screen". So presumably yes it has those aspect ratio changes you dislike.

    I am up to the bit where the Autobots regroup in 3D and there has been no aspect ratio changes so far. Not sure if there should be, but there you go.
