    Default Quantron Help?

Alright, I have found the time over the last couple of weeks to transform Quantron into his vehicles, however I am having trouble with Sonic Drill.
I cannot seem to get the nosecone down, or the side parts (they sit at an angle when viewed from the front). I have circled the problem areas in the pic. I have tried some of the reviews but the ones I have watched move too fast for me to see where I am going wrong. Its like the front pair of tracks needs to go backwards but i cannot figure out how that would happen. Everything else seems to fit OK.
Any help would be much appreciated.

the nosecone has these two flaps on each side (dark gray part - not the rotating drill itself but the part it's attached to) which pegs in the slat holes which are his feet in robot mode, that should keep the cone down and in place.

Those side parts rotate around that pole it's on . push them down.

Yeah, Sonic Drill is a PITA. Can you take a picture from underneath so I can see how everything is lining up?
