    aarnots BBQ shapes have http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Worcestershire_sauce

    in them which means they are not good for vegans or vegetarians.

    I wouldn't of thought BBQ anything is any good for a vegan of vegetarian :\

    I've seen these Buddhist run vegetarian restaurants in China and Malaysia, where they have faux-meat products made from tofu etc. Tastes pretty darn close to real meat, but... I wonder if just eating real meat might be healthier than chowing down on tofu laden with all sorts of artificial flavouring and colouring to approximate the taste of meat. I guess their target market are former-meat eaters who've switched to veg because they morally object to eating animals; but from a nutrition POV I don't think it's much better (arguably worse) than eating proper meat.
