    The seller has posted a photo and clearly stated what this item is. S/he's done nothing wrong IMO. Cavaet emptor.

    Caveat emptor indeed. It should be the mandatory motto of Ebay.

    The auction could easily fool the unknowing or hasty I think.

    One of my 5 is in my Wallit as a keyring, and another is in Screamers hand, where it belongs. The others are in the Justatoys trailer that I have supporting my Encore Prime, Megs and Reissue Magnus.

    One thing i have learnt, hasty and ebay should be kept separate. The auction is pretty clear in the description that it is just the gun for MP4. Maybe he should have taken a shot of the gun in Mp4's hand or something to make it clearer, but there ya go.

    Still if it was payed with paypal, they will happily refund the money leaving the seller out of pocket....
