So of course I miss delivery because item was delivered a day earlier than ETA. Got home and there is no card being left or anything even though tracking says it's been carded. I read under the tracking email it says if delivery is missed then re delivery will incur a fee? Anyone experienced the same thing? Is there a way to get them to just leave it at the front door?

PC made a post a while back starting that there was no additional charge for re-delivery. If the courier wants to charge, get in contact with PC customer service. When you call or log into the site to request re-delivery you should be able to nominate whey they leave the parcel e.g. take 3 steps in, turn south, 4 steps and leave it under the bush which looks like a piece of brocolli...or leave it at the front door as you stated.

Hi Guys,

as promised update here.

Bad News though,

Maketoys have advised they will stick with the Current Australian Distributor
and request we deal with them. That is untenable and far too big of a financial risk for Premium Collectables to be involved with.

There is one more avenue we are looking into but it does not look good.

Thanks to everyone who voiced there support to bring that company into the fold.
