Great I just ordered two Trypticons. This is my first order with you. Is it safe to assume that you use bubble wrap or other packing materials to protect the box during shipment? I'm fussy on my boxes arriving as minty as possible.

I have sent you guys an email about damaged boxes? You guys did not reply back. I have a lot more preorders from you guys so please secure the parcels with proper cardboard boxes rather than just wrapping the actual toy boxes with bubblewraps thinking that all it is needed. You missed a couple of corners and the boxes came a bit damaged.
