They could just be waiting on the next shipment to arrive. I've missed out a couple of times like that.

I'm still waiting on my battlecore Optimus and I'm pretty sure a shipment has come and gone already.

unfortunately i was just not emailed that my MP Tracks has been shipped 11th November. Most OTCA members are receiving theirs and I just thought may be mine was ordered late so I may be near the end of the queue but I stumbled on their FB page that all Tracks has been shipped and email cservice if you havent received email notification. That is what I did yesterday 16th early morning and reply just got in this morning 17th which is too late I already missed my parcel and I got already the slip. good thing only is that it is AU Post and I can pick it there. I still have 7 orders pending with PC and I simply hope they don't mess up any more than this and hopefully they can quickly reply with inquiries.

I don't really see it as messing up, just more of an oversight that they must of missed a few peoples email notifications. Mine was missed aswell, I emailed them about it Wednesday night, and first thing Thursday morning I received and email with the tracking number and an apology

Good for you got an apology, I only got tracking as a reply which is already of no use since I already got the slip from AU Post. I understand that they miss some people but if your item got lost in the process well because you did not know it was already sent or expecting any, then that is what im talking about messing up.

Hey PC any word yet if you will be restocking the Combaticons ? Also just wanted to say thanks for giving both myself and my 5 year old son a chance to enjoy the combiner wars series inc Devi most of which I have ordered from PC.
