these items have all arrived at suppliers and are enroute to australia

however, due to the size of the orders we received they are being shipped and not flown hence why june is now july. This is done so we can retain our lowest prices in the biz

I have sent you guys an email about damaged boxes? You guys did not reply back. I have a lot more preorders from you guys so please secure the parcels with proper cardboard boxes rather than just wrapping the actual toy boxes with bubblewraps thinking that all it is needed. You missed a couple of corners and the boxes came a bit damaged.

Are you saying the parcel 'box' is bubble wrap and not cardboard box? i.e. bubble wrap toy boxes and whack on a shipping label?
