Can I just get a little clarification on how items drop out of a cart? I had Shockwave in my cart, was logged in, was inputting my credit card details and by the time I hit process it came back and said Shockwave was out of stock. Shouldn't it be that once you are at the payment processing screen your order is locked in?

Surprised by the low quantity but I understand how I missed out now so thanks for the info, it softens the blow of what was quite a frustrating experience.

I was watching the site for about an hour before the pre-order went up and tried to order as quickly as possible as soon as the site let me.

I had Shockwave in my cart and it kept stating that it was "verifying" then it went to Go to Checkout so I did and I got an out of stock message.

Cashed in my points too!

Well some people may have added 4 and realise there may be 3 only and hence they have to restart and that's where someone else may got their one order in.

Those who are in shocked you should try macross and Gundam toys, they sell out within 1 minutes.

They have a special elite loyal program which gives them the priority over anyone. So this won't happen as it is no longer a privilege for those customers.

yes but that is only with one supplier we use in japan,

our usual product comes from HK and recently most pre orders we get 100+ so I expect the same amount to be on offer for both of these guys
