Yeah really the only way to get him now is to grab an Optimus/Magnus 2-pack from eBay or (less likely) try and get the Magnus/Skywarp pack from eBay. Both are fairly pricey options. I managed to get the Magnus/Skywarp pack from a seller in the US, total cost ended up being just over $70 but this was when the dollar was way up in the 90's.

Okay don't come and smack me people, I DO have an Ultra Magnus + Skywarp 2 pack that I bought last year for around AUD$60 incld. shipping. But I want to keep that MISB for the moment just like I bought an extra Cliffjumper for the upgrade kit. I know it's just an issue I have..
So all I'm looking for is a loose one, buying another 2 pack will mean I have extra skywarp or extra prime as well...

I hope so.. but we might have to wait. Found this from the Seibetron forum:

He may however be an upcoming exclusive since he was released as a store exclusive in the U.S. There seems to be an agreement between Takara & Hasbro that exclusives in one country will remain as exclusives in the other.
Presently there are four Henkei exclusives lined up - Skywarp, Thundercracker, Clear Prime, and Nemesis Prime. Takara is probably waiting for these exclusives to be finished before announcing Ultra Magnus, especially since two of these figures use the Prime mold.
Fingers crossed, though I AM still hope someone will sell me their loose Ultra Maggie for now..

Yeah but if there is a Henkei UM in the future, it'll probably just be a regular Prime mould in blue/red/white colours...
